Yahoo! Answers: UFO sightings/insanity?

I was just outside with my brother, and we both spotted first a green flashing circle in the sky and then a blue one. They were small, and we figured they were airplanes except they were moving fast and sometimes blinking out. We assumed maybe little toy airplanes or something, but it was 10:00pm, so we are now just kinda like "UH?". SO I was wondering, does anyone know what these might be? They were over Seaside California..a little creeped out by them. They're still going! :O But nobody else notices except a couple of friends I called. I DID get chills. ^^
